Elise started her television career at E! Entertainment. She served as a production coordinator for live events and special projects. Later on, Phoenix (CBS affiliate) took her to work in the capacity of a weekend weather anchor.

She then moved to Youngstown (an affiliate of CBS and Fox) as an anchor and reporter, respectively. She also went to Austin, Minnesota, to work at an ABC affiliate.

Then, she joined NBC, where she worked on the Early Today Show before moving to CBS2. She used to do forecasts and create some sense of safety and community for all the viewers.

Elise joined the American Meteorological Society and the National Association of Black Journalists as a member. She supported a number of organizations and events, including the Westchester Library System, JDRF Walk for a Cure, and Mount Vernon High School Hall of Fame.

Personal Life

Elise was married to Graig Henriques, a photojournalist at WCBS. They got married in 2013. The couple were blessed with a daughter in 2016, whom they named Grace. Elise was a devoted mother who loved and cherished her daughter.
